Important Information to know:
- We have a small Generator on site, for lights and TVs when power does go off.
- Self-Catering Units have fully furnished kitchen for all other meals.
- Towels are supplied/ All rooms with own bathroom with shower in.
- We have card facilities or cash is welcome.
- Vehicle Parking is secure and within our premises. Living in Staff on premises.
- You receive a gate remote and can come and go as you please.
- Laundry can be done on arrangement at an extra cost.
- We do not provide a shuttle service. This can be arranged with services such as Arrow Routes.
- We do not cater for lunch or dinner, however we are closely situated to a variety of restaurants
- Just to start your day off with.
Refund Policy:
- No show or booking cancellation within 14 days of arrival-No Refund.
- Booking cancellation between 15 - 30 days before date of arrival- 25% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Booking cancellation between 30 – 60 days before date of arrival-50% of the deposit will be refunded
- Booking cancellation > 60 days before stay-Full Refund
- Rooms are only confirmed once a deposit has been received, subject to room availability on that day
